Chelsea is originally from Sydney, Australia and has called Queenstown home since 2016. With formal training in hospitality and hotel management, she transitioned to the property management sector in 2021 and has been a valued member of the Bayleys team ever since.

Chelsea holds a level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, reflecting her comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Chelsea’s goal is simple, provide owners with outstanding service while generating the best returns possible for your investment property. With her expertise and dedication, you can be confident that your holiday home is in the best hands, ensuring your peace of mind and financial success.

Aqua Whimp

Originally from Auckland, Aqua has always had a passion for exceptional service and building strong relationships. After completing her Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Massey 2021. Aqua spent two years working in retail leasing administration at Bayleys Commercial Property in Auckland before moving to Canada to gain international experience. During her time there, Aqua not only honed her customer service skills but also embraced her love for the outdoors and skiing.

Now settled in Queenstown, Aqua is excited to apply her background in property management, business, and customer service to the holiday homes market. With a bubbly personality, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach, she is committed to ensuring guests have memorable stays and homeowners are fully supported.

Outside of work, you’ll find Aqua on the ski slopes, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying the stunning natural beauty of Queenstown. She loves staying active and making the most of the outdoor lifestyle that brought her to this remarkable destination.

Isabella Puchner

Isabella has an eye for detail, a passion for people, and a love for the outdoors, and is excited to be a part of the property management team in Wānaka. Originally from Tauranga, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington, followed by a Diploma in Health Science at the Naturopathic College of NZ, before moving to Wānaka in 2022.

Isabella brings a wealth of customer service experience, along with a background in healthcare, and is excited to apply her organisational skills and “tick-every-box” approach. She is proactive, and a strong believer in giving 100% to achieve the best possible outcomes.

With a genuine love for people and a passion for creating positive experiences for homeowners, Isabella ensures that the little details are just as well taken care of as the big ones. Off the clock, you’ll likely find Isabella walking somewhere in the hills, on her bike, or reading a good book down by the river.
