Chelsea is originally from Sydney, Australia and has called Queenstown home since 2016. With formal training in hospitality and hotel management, she transitioned to the property management sector in 2021 and has been a valued member of the Bayleys team ever since.
Chelsea holds a level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, reflecting her comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Born and raised in Queenstown, Francesca completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Otago in 2023 and is excited to be beginning her career in her hometown. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry and has been a part of the administration team at Bayleys Property Management since early 2024.
Francesca is excited to bring her customer service skills to her new role at Be Our Guest Queenstown, where she aims to create exceptional experiences for guests. Her friendly demeanour and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset in ensuring a seamless stay for everyone.
In her spare time, you’ll often find Francesca enjoying the outdoors in Queenstown. Whether its skiing down the slopes in winter or hiking the local trails in summer, she loves staying active and exploring the natural beauty of her hometown.
