What’s included in my stay?
Your nightly rate includes a variety of amenities including fresh premium linen, towels, bathroom and cleaning essentials, and an equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics. Please note that shampoo and conditioner are not provided, so we recommend bringing your favourites from home.
Can I check-in earlier than 3pm or check-out later than 10am?
If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes and will confirm the arrangements before your arrival. Your comfort is our priority!
Do you have any pet friendly rentals?
Yes! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we want to ensure your furry friends can enjoy the getaway too. Please enquire with us directly to find out more about what pet friendly holiday homes we have available.
Is baby equipment available for hire?
Yes, we have baby equipment available for hire to make your stay more convenient. You can rent items such as porta cots, highchairs, and baby baths. These essentials will be set up in your holiday home, ready for you upon arrival.
What are your cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth process for all guests. Your reservation and deposit are fully refundable up to 30 days before your arrival. If you need to cancel within 30 days, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival are non-refundable. Please note, bookings made via third party websites will be subject to the payment terms and conditions as set out on the portal.
What do we need to do before check out?
Before you check out, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple steps to help ensure a smooth transition for the next guests. Please make sure to:
- Gather all your belongings and check for personal items.
- Dispose of any trash in the designated bins.
- Ensure that all doors are securely locked, and keys are placed back in their designated area.
